• HF767 – Also introduced to the house on 04/02/2021 the bill looked to legalize sports betting and also set up sports betting laws around sports betting crimes and taxation. It was referred to Commerce Finance and Policy where it also died
• HF 778 – Introduced into the house in February 2021. There were several amendments made to the bill before it passed in the House in May 2022. The legislation failed to pass in the Senate in 2022 as a consensus over licensing could not be reached.
• HF2000 – This bill was introduced on 20/02/2023 it was sponsored by Rep. Stephenson and Rep. Hout. The bill saw many amendments and the corresponding Senate Bill SF1949 failed to pass after being referred to finance.
