Brett Bisping led five Siena players in double figures with 16 points and the visiting Saints beat Loyola (Md.) 81-71 on Saturday night in Baltimore.

Rob Poole had 15 points and Marquis Wright scored 14 for the Saints (2-2), who snapped a six-game losing streak to Loyola. Ryan Oliver also had 11 points for Siena and Lavon Long added 10.

Tyler Hubbard scored 23 points and Eric Laster added 14 for Loyola (2-4). Denzel Brito had 11 points and Andre Walker finished with 10 for the Greyhounds, who were just 3 of 14 (21.4 percent) from 3-point range.

Jimmy Patsos, who coached the Greyhounds for nine seasons, returned to Loyola for the first time since taking over Siena before last season. His team provided him with a succesful homecoming.

Loyola led by five points at the half and increased the margin to 47-38 on a jumper and free throw by Laster with 14:02 left. However, Siena stormed back with seven consecutive points and a layup by Evan Hymes pulled them to within 49-48 with 10 minutes left.

The teams then traded leads before four consecutive free throws by Hubbard gave Loyola a 59-56 cushion with 5:51 left. However, the Saints answered and Oliver made two 3-pointers in just over a minute to provide a 74-66 lead with 1:23 remaining.

Siena maintained the lead and closed out the game with four free throws in the final minute by Poole and Long to seal the win. The Saints now hold a 37-21 advantage in the series.
